As the main sponsor for the Danish National Handball Team, Totalkredit asked us to create content that would ensure great support for the team at the 2016 European Championships.
We created the idea based on the insight that, "when you have idols, there is nothing better than getting to know new sides of them".
We invented a tournament, Håndbolddysten (The Handball Contest), and mixed handball with other sports. In that way, we created completely new sport disciplines, where the team had to compete one-by-one against each other.
We used Facebook as the focal point of the campaign, and by letting the followers engage and interact with the content we created, we managed to get almost 250.000 followers by the time we reached the finals of the tournament.
